click here to submit your ideas for presentation at the 2018 Gay Coaches Conference

Deadline Extended to March 15th

While most conference presenters are Gay Coach Alliance members and have coaching practices, you do not have to be a GCA member or be a professional coach to submit a workshop proposal. Any self-identified gay man with interests in coaching are welcome to submit a session proposal.

There are many benefits for you in facilitating a workshop including:

  • Sharing your expertise and wisdom with your colleagues
  • Developing your reputation as an expert in a particular area
  • Practice your presentation, facilitation, and moderation skills in a safe, supportive environment
  • Build your confidence
  • Try out some new content or process and get powerful feedback from your peers
  • Develop your teaming skills by co-facilitating a workshop with another coach
  • Learn from others and refine your expertise

There are a number of formats that are appropriate for the conference including:

  • Interactive presentations
  • Moderated panel discussions
  • Facilitated roundtable discussions
