Recognize the universal patterns in response to change and be more effective coaching your clients on their journeys toward greater passion and fulfillment.
As different as we and our clients are, we are all human.
That means we exhibit the same universal patterns in response to change. Those patterns may be show up in different ways—depending on the individual and the situations—but the universal patterns will be there all the same.
If you learn to recognize these patterns, you will be more effective coaching your clients on their journeys toward greater passion and fulfillment.
In this fun and engaging workshop you will be introduced to some of the fundamental patterns; examine how they have shown up in your coaching and how you have responded; and together we will explore the various ways you can more effectively support your clients through these patterns.
- Feel more confident in seeing and coaching through the most common patterns: for example, building commitment, resistance, trust/distrust, comfort and discomfort—to name a few.
- Revitalize your coaching by offering several new, and often counter-intuitive, approaches to working with change.
- Explore how these principles are experienced by your clients and learn how to harness the opportunities they represent.
- Learn to let go of unnecessary personalization of every client response and reaction by embracing the landscape which accompanies change.
