Pre Conference: Leveraging Visualization & Storytelling to Grow Your Coaching Business

Pre Conference: Leveraging Visualization & Storytelling to Grow Your Coaching Business

Carson Cooper and Kyle Elliott

In this workshop, you will leverage your intuition and unconscious mind in order to build a brand story that attracts your ideal client. So often coaches fill out a formulaic brand message that feels clunky, stagnant, and similar to so many others. It is so natural to second guess and question whether the impact of your message is connecting with the people you know you can make an impact on. In this workshop, you will intuitively connect to your brand messaging, understand consciously, and unconsciously how to connect with your ideal clients, then have a structured process to grow your coaching business. Know where you are messaging is out of alignment with your brand and how to get into alignment to attract your ideal client. You will leave with confidence and excitement to share this message knowing it will connect with the people you are meant to serve. Kyle and Carson have come together integrating the best research in storytelling, messaging, and branding with how to access your intuition to create a strong message that will connect with your client’s conscious and unconscious desires.

Stories Big and Small: The Role of Story as a Coaching Tool

Stories Big and Small: The Role of Story as a Coaching Tool

Brian Gorman

Humans first told stories by painting on cave walls before we had language. Our brains are story processors. In fact, well-crafted stories are processed in the brain in the same way as the lived event. In this workshop, you will learn the keys to guiding your client to craft a powerful story, and how to use stories to tackle client challenges from limiting beliefs to defining their success in the future.

Sacred Desires: the Intersections of Sexuality and Spirituality

Sacred Desires: the Intersections of Sexuality and Spirituality

Adam Robersmith

So many of our longings and desires are about being more fully ourselves and connected to what matters most to us; they can also be intertwined in ways we don't expect and aren't able to articulate. Learning to understand those interconnections is a valuable skill as we work toward greater self-awareness. Life coach Dave Allen and spiritual director Adam Robersmith will lead participants in a workshop exploring how spirituality and sexuality are interconnected, giving participants tools to consider how those interconnections can be of support and use for themselves and for their clients.

Coaching Conscious Leadership for Environmental and Social Change

Coaching Conscious Leadership for Environmental and Social Change

Chris Cooper

Conscious leadership is all about change and transformation for a better world. Considering the impact of leaders on all stakeholders they interact with, including their communities and wider society, including the planet, is what makes it different to other approaches to leadership. The focus is on sustainable, long term, positive outcomes for all, rather than short term profitability and a win-at-all-costs mentality.

Telling Difficult Stories through LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®

Telling Difficult Stories through LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®

Dean Meyers

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is a facilitation methodology that was originally designed for small groups to form business teams and advance creatively and enjoyably into complex problem solving, such as strategic scenario planning. However, the focus on being "at play" through the entire engagement, where all things are possible and all voices are to be heard and understood to advance the common good makes this method ideal to hold all kinds of critical and potentially painful conversations, from social issues to personal trauma. The stories lie in the models, and the models can be transformed instantly, in front of our eyes, giving us inspiration and hope for real change to happen.

Closing the Circle: A Happy Ending

Closing the Circle: A Happy Ending

Tim Kincaid

How to bring a powerful conference weekend to a proper close? It starts with acknowledgements and appreciation. Just as we began the 2022 conference on Thursday evening in a circle, so we shall end in a circle. We will take some time to reflect on what we learned and experienced, decide what we takeaway and what we leave behind. This is a time of reflection, to honor one another and our shared experience as we say goodbye and close the conference.
