Achieving a good work-life balance is a challenge for many people. As coaches, we may find this as difficult to do as the clients we work with.
Within my work as a coach and a mental health trainer, helping people find ways to create a better work-life balance has become an area of specialism and expertise.
This session is designed to help raise your own awareness around things you could do differently to improve your own well-being, as well as giving you tools and ideas for helping your clients in either a coaching or training environment.
We will explore:
- What mental health means
- Work-life balance in context with mental health
- How to reduce work stress and avoid burnout
- Explore pressures outside work
- Strategies for achieving a better work-life balance
- Making a self-care commitment
