There are a number of pricing levels, which we have set with the intention of making the conference as affordable and inclusive to all gay coaches, whatever stage of your career you are currently at. Some of them relate to membership of Gay Coaches Alliance. It is not a pre-requisite that you are a member in order to attend, however we do encourage you to join our community.

We offer an additional Pre-Conference Institute day, delivered every year by some of GCA's most experienced coaches. This takes place on Thursday 30th April 2020, with arrival in time for dinner on Wednesday 29th April. The price includes pre-conference tuition and extra night room and board. Your arrival date will be changed to Wednesday, April 29th. Attendees who register for the Pre-conference should arrive by 5pm on Wednesday. The Pre-Conference programming begins on Thursday morning

  • Pre-Conference Institute - $275

Further Information

Accomodation is based on shared quad room accommodation in the lodge at Easton Mountain, shared with three other coaches. There is limited availability to upgrade to a semi-private room shared with one other coach for only $100. This upgrade covers the full length of your stay, including the Pre-Conference Institute, should you choose to attend.

Scholarships

As part of our commitment to making the conference as affordable as we can to as many men who would like to attend, we offer a scholarship programme to part fund the cost of the conference.

This year's scholarship program will fund up to 50% of fees for the main conference (based on Student Level pricing), meaning we will ask for a contribution from you of at least $237.50. We will also fund 50% of the optional Pre-Conference Institute ($137.50). Therefore, the price to attend the full conference at scholarship rate is from $375. Scholarship pricing cannot be combined with any other discounts we may offer. We only have a limited number of scholarship places available, and these will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Who is eligible?

Scholarships are intended for those whose coaching practice is small and are just starting out (including coaches in training) If you feel that the conference cost is a hardship and you still want to come, then we do encourage members and non-members to make an application. Please be aware that scholarships are partial and you are expected to pay what you can.

Many men who attended for the first time through the scholarship program have become regular attendees of the conference.

The only additional expectation of scholarship attendees is to provide an honest testimonial and feedback about their experience to help us design and promote next year's conference. This could be either a written testimonial or a video interview.

If you would like to apply for a scholarship place to attend the International Gay Coaches Conference 2020,
