Our 7th annual Winter Virtual Conference is a great way for you to turbo charge the start of your 2026.
Our goal for the two days is to a fun and engaging two day online experience in the company of other gay men who work as coaches. The program will include a diverse mix of sessions designed to help you develop your coaching business, learn new coaching tools and skills, and enhance your own self care - vital for our work as coaches. All sessions are aligned with our 2026 conference season theme of 'Creating Connection: Clients, Community and Self.'
As always, the whole of the two days will be highly interactive, with lots of opportunities to spend time with other coaches in both learning and social settings. We’ve taken learnings from what people liked the most from previous virtual conferences with the goal of making this one the best yet. So community, connection, fun and self development will be to the fore throughout.
And throughout, we will be encouraging you to commit to actions as a result of your investment in attending the conference.
The outcomes from attending the two days will include:

- Following the event, we will apply for ICF CCEUs for the conference and you will be awarded a certificate for the accredited sessions attended.
