Leveraging Visualization & Storytelling to Grow Your Coaching Business

Kyle Elliott

In this workshop, you will leverage your intuition and unconscious mind in order to build a brand story that attracts your ideal client. So often coaches fill out a formulaic brand message that feels clunky, stagnant, and similar to so many others. It is so natural to second guess and question whether the impact of your message is connecting with the people you know you can make an impact on. In this workshop, you will intuitively connect to your brand messaging, understand consciously, and unconsciously how to connect with your ideal clients, then have a structured process to grow your coaching business. Know where you are messaging is out of alignment with your brand and how to get into alignment to attract your ideal client.

Coaching Conscious Leadership for Environmental and Social Change

Facilitated by: Chris Cooper

(Lodge)

Conscious leadership is all about change and transformation for a better world. Considering the impact of leaders on all stakeholders they interact with, including their communities and wider society, including the planet, is what makes it different to other approaches to leadership. The focus is on sustainable, long term, positive outcomes for all, rather than short term profitability and a win-at-all-costs mentality.

11:00AM - 12:15PM

Collateral Damages: The costs of Incivility

John O'Brien

(Lodge)

Many societies around the world have become increasingly polarized in the last several years. Voices at the extreme positions on issues seem to garner the most attention in the news, online and in social media. These trends have led to an increase in uncivil behavior in government, in the workplace and even in families.
This workshop will help you explore the variety of behaviors that can be categorized as uncivil. You will also learn tools to respond more effectively when you experience incivility yourself or see it happening to others.

Coaching Introverts in an EXTRAverts World

Kyle Elliott

(Temple)

While Kyle frequently appears on TV, radio, and podcasts, he deeply identifies as an introvert. During this engaging and hands-on workshop, you will examine what it means to be an introvert in an EXTRAverts world. Through self-examination and personal reflection, Kyle will teach proven strategies to coach, challenge, and inspire clients who identify as introverts. Importantly, this workshop is a brave space for introverts, extroverts, and everyone in between to practice being uncomfortable, taking risks, and owning their fabulousness.

Coaching from Victim to Creator: Overcoming the Dreaded Drama Triangle

Terry Hildebrandt

We are witnessing an explosion of individuals and groups getting stuck in the dangerous mindset of victimhood. This workshop explains the dreaded drama triangle where clients and coaches get trapped into disempowerment, blaming others, and despair. We will also explore how to coach ourselves and our clients to escape the victim lifestyle and move into empowerment to stop blaming others, stop looking for rescuers, and take ownership for our lives. Learn to spot a victim mindset and how to coach clients to regain their hope and power to have to life they want.

Learning to understand those interconnections is a valuable skill as we work toward greater self-awareness. Spiritual director Adam Robersmith will lead participants in a workshop exploring how spirituality and sexuality are interconnected, giving participants tools to consider how those interconnections can be of support and use for themselves and for their clients.

Telling Difficult Stories through LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®

Dean Meyers

(Lodge)

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is a facilitation methodology that was originally designed for small groups to form business teams and advance creatively and enjoyably into complex problem solving, such as strategic scenario planning. However, the focus on being "at play" through the entire engagement, where all things are possible and all voices are to be heard and understood to advance the common good makes this method ideal to hold all kinds of critical and potentially painful conversations, from social issues to personal trauma. The stories lie in the models, and the models can be transformed instantly, in front of our eyes, giving us inspiration and hope for real change to happen.

The Power of Creative Sharing

Peter Simmonds

(Temple)

Pete will use innovative, fun methods and tools to facilitate meaningful discussions, lessen internal and external conflicts and build bridges between people and our community through story sharing. The program will explore 'Your challenges in a changing world". Each participant will have an opportunity to share or deeply listen to past, present, or future stories of how we have navigated this period of renewal, connection, disconnection, misunderstanding, isolation, grief, and much more. The tools we will explore can be used with your coaching clients to explore new perspectives and possibility. Full participation is not mandatory but invited. Individuals would benefit just by being present.
