We are excited to welcome you to our 2026 International Gay Coaches Conference, which takes place at Easton Mountain, NY from Wednesday April 29th - Sunday 3rd May 2026.
Returning for its 14th edition, this year’s event will include:
- 4 nights accommodation and programming across 5 days, including
- Over 20 workshops drawn from our conference theme: ‘Creating Connection: Clients, Community and Self.’
- Early morning well-being focused sessions before breakfast
- Full evening program of activities
- Use of facilities at the retreat, including the wood fired sauna, hot tub and trails around the beautiful grounds of Easton Mountain
- Delicious menu of food throughout the day, plus early evening pre-dinner cocktail receptions
- Opportunities to meet and develop friendships with other gay coaches from around the world
- A choice of accommodation types at the retreat center. Alternatively, the option to stay nearby and commute each day.

As we are all too aware, the world is in an incredibly turbulent place the world is in right now. There has never been a more appropriate time to acknowledge the role we can play both as coaches and gay men to foster and develop a kinder, more conscious and compassionate future. As coaches we often wear many hats, working with clients 1:1, in group and team coaching, leading workshops, training and seminars, speaking at events, guesting on and hosting podcasts, writing books, working in pivotal roles within organizations. Through our 2026 conference, our goal is to help inspire you to be the incredible force for good you have the potential to be, whatever setting you choose to work in, and share your gifts as a gay man working in coaching and related fields.
We are creating a compelling program and experience that will truly inspire you in three core areas fundamental to your work: business development, your professional development as a coach, and your personal development, specifically resilience and well-being needed to support others.
