Guidelines for Presenters: 2026

  • Your topic must fit into at least one of the conference sub-categories listed above and align with GCA values and interests, specified in the first section of this page.
  • You are an effective presenter and can engage and sustain audience interest throughout the session.
  • Your content is relevant and customized to the coaching profession and GCA members.
  • You have already registered or plan to register to attend the 2026 International Gay Coaches Conference at Easton Mountain in person. Registration to attend is paid for by the attendee.
  • Speakers understand the engagement is NOT paid.
  • All workshops must be stand-alone sessions. The promotion of other sessions and services delivered by the coach (and any organization they may represent) outside of the conference is strictly prohibited. This is not an opportunity for selling.
  • The speaker does not have to be an ICF certified coach. However, they should hold recognized coaching qualifications and have a clear understanding of what coaching is, as defined by the ICF (link to https://coachingfederation.org/about). We also welcome perspectives from allied professions that may be of interest to coaches, specifically gay coaches.
  • 75 minutes in total will be allotted for delivery of each session.
  • Submissions will be reviewed by the conference committee and sessions will only be approved after you have registered to attend the conference. You will be notified whether your submission has been successful following the closing date for submissions, which is Friday 12th December 2025.

Thank you for your interest.
