Know Wonder I'm a Coach

Know Wonder I'm a Coach

Presented by

Thor Falk

Sometimes it is difficult for us as coaches to slow down and think about what we are doing, what we want to be doing, and most importantly, how we might want to be doing things differently. It is the same with our clients.

This session is intended to give coaches the time to consider who they are, what they want, and how to get there. At the same time, they will be participating in a process that can be adapted to one-on-one coaching, group coaching, team building, and strategic planning.

  1. Learn a simple coaching process that helps clients focus on the question at hand, identify what they know about it, consider what they do not know, and identify actions that can move them from wonder to knowledge and hope to reality.
  2. Identify best practices with this technique that engage the clients in the process and helps them to attainable actions and accountability.
  3. By way of example and participating authentically in the process as clients, the collective question will be "How do I grow my Coaching Practice" - however, coaches will be encouraged to establish their own primary objective if this one is not in line with their needs.

Ultimately, the exercise is intended to help coaches focus on who they are as coaches, explore what they do not know, identify what they hope for, and generate specific tactics that can be implemented within a specified time (days or weeks).
