Chris Cooper is a Conscious Leadership and Career Coach based in Manchester, England. He help people to raise their conscious awareness and connect with the values, energy and skills needed to perform at their best.

David DeWitt

David DeWitt trained at CoachVille and continues to grow in coaching, most recently with advanced work in motivational interviewing. In an earlier life he earned a master's in composition theory and practice, with a thesis on eliciting the subconscious to generate writing. His years as a journalist were capped with a couple of decades at The New York Times, where he wrote theatre and film reviews amid editing. He's also taught writing at six colleges or universities, most recently Syracuse, and conducted creative nonfiction workshops like one in March at Camp Rehoboth, the LGBT center in his turf.

Through his signature SHAMELESS Method, he guides men from shame to self-trust, pleasure, and emotional freedom. Blending trauma-informed psychology, mindfulness, academic research, and lived experience, Kevin helps dismantle the lingering effects of religion, culture, and internalized homophobia. His work transforms vulnerability into power and disconnection into embodied confidence. Justin is a coach and consultant specializing in working with gay men, startup founders, and individuals with ADHD. Since 2021, he’s been committed to helping clients unlock their potential and forge meaningful paths. After earning a BS from Cornell, he joined Teach For America, where he taught and later became a Recruitment Director. He then earned an MBA at Kellogg and transitioned into brand management at Johnson & Johnson. Following a successful corporate career, Justin pivoted to consulting, personal training, and leading Barry’s Bootcamp's expansion in the Midatlantic region, bringing his passion for growth and transformation to all endeavors.

Joshua New

Joshua New grew up on a large dairy farm in Central New York.  He has lived in many different places throughout his life, including overseas for a while. Joshua was a software developer for almost 20 years until he became burned out on it and decided to change it up and become a Gay Coach. This was cemented when he attended his first  GCA Conference in 2023.

Joshua's focuses on interpersonal relationship development, trauma recovery, sexual health, well-being and many other areas.

In Corey’s three decades long, flourishing career as a hairdresser, he created transformation from the outside-in.

As a coach, he creates transformation from the inside-out, helping clients clarify direction and take the next step. Rooted in the Co-Active model and positive psychology, his coaching is clear, compassionate, and practical. Mark is an MCC coach with over 20 years of experience—longer than Will & Grace ran (and just as iconic). He’s trained over 5,000 fabulous coaches worldwide and thrives in NYC, helping clients serve leadership and communication realness like it’s Drag Race Snatch Game.

He’s on the board of the GCA (because leadership is just another word for “queen who handles things”) and has spent 30 years belting show tunes with the NYC Gay Men’s Chorus. At home, he shares space (and the occasional dramatic monologue) with his inner child—an over-the-top theater kid who sometimes runs the show.
