Our 7th annual Winter Virtual Conference is a great way for you to turbo charge the start of your 2026.

Our goal for the two days is to a fun and engaging two day online experience in the company of other gay men who work as coaches. The program will include a diverse mix of sessions designed to help you develop your coaching business, learn new coaching tools and skills, and enhance your own self care - vital for our work as coaches. All sessions are aligned with our 2026 conference season theme of 'Creating Connection: Clients, Community and Self.'

As always, the whole of the two days will be highly interactive, with lots of opportunities to spend time with other coaches in both learning and social settings. We’ve taken learnings from what people liked the most from previous virtual conferences with the goal of making this one the best yet. So community, connection, fun and self development will be to the fore throughout.

And throughout, we will be encouraging you to commit to actions as a result of your investment in attending the conference.

The outcomes from attending the two days will include:

  • Fresh ideas for developing your coaching business, including identifying and reaching new clients.
  • Learning new skills to enhance your coaching practice and engagement with clients.
  • Mapping out your 2026, creating goals for business development and your development as a coach.
  • Learn more about yourself and use this knowledge to create alignment across all areas of your life, with more purpose and more joy!
  • Make new connections with other gay men who work as coaches, which you can expand beyond the conference.
  • Increase your energy and passion for creating the 2026 you want to have.
  • Actions to take away from the two days we spend together that will help you move forwards and have a great 2026.
  • Following the event, we will apply for ICF CCEUs for the conference and you will be awarded a certificate for the accredited sessions attended.

Your Story Owns You Until You Own Your Story

Brad Ward

 Saturday January 24th  10:00AM - 11:15AM EST

What if you could support your clients to assign a different meaning to some of the events in their story? It's possible when you dig deep into the language your clients use to describe themselves, their limiting beliefs, or their justification for remaining trapped in their story. This workshop will teach you how to partner with your client to challenge the meaning they've assigned to certain events in their past. Once the possibility of a new meaning emerges, the old meaning is cast into doubt and starts to crumble, unlocking the limits of the old meaning.

Kevin Martin

Many gay men carry deep-seated shame that impacts how they relate to sex, intimacy, and identity—often in ways that remain unspoken in coaching spaces. In this session, sexual empowerment coach Kevin Martin shares his SHAMELESS Method, a trauma-informed framework designed to help coaches guide gay clients from self-judgment to authentic self-love. This session equips coaches to hold space for genuine healing and empowerment in their clients’ sexual and emotional lives.

Increasing Our Social Fitness: How We and Our Clients Can Build More Connected Lives

Increasing Our Social Fitness: How We and Our Clients Can Build More Connected Lives

Ed Bell

 Friday January 23rd  4:00PM - 5:15PM EST

For more than eighty years, researchers at Harvard have studied what actually makes us happy and healthy. And they discovered that there's one thing that contributes to our happiness far more than anything else: having strong close relationships.

And yet, we — and our clients — often don't give our close relationships the importance they deserve. What's more, as gay men we're especially prone to experiencing loneliness and disconnection.

In this engaging, thought-provoking and interactive workshop, we'll explore some of the research on why strong relationships are so vital to our wellbeing, what often gets in the way of prioritizing our relationships in the way we should, and what you and your clients can do to build stronger and more meaningful relationships with those we love.

Deeply Grounded: Rest & Reflection in the Age of Chaos

Deeply Grounded: Rest & Reflection in the Age of Chaos

Nick Duggan

 Saturday January 24th  3:30PM - 4:45PM EST

It’s harder than ever to stay centered in a world of competing priorities, upsetting world events, and seemingly constant change. But for us as coaches, staying grounded in the midst of chaos isn’t just about self-care. It’s a core aspect of supporting and partnering effectively with our clients.

This workshop will help you explore your own relationship with rest and reflection, and cultivate your ability to support your clients in finding ways to get more deeply grounded. We will explore benefits and challenges of stepping away, valuing emptiness, and practicing intentional reflection to build insight and resilience. You’ll walk away with a renewed understanding of how to get grounded, and how to help your clients do so too.
