In almost any coaching session, your clients may be dropping linguistic clues about what keeps them stuck in their story. And until they own their story, their story owns them. This workshop is designed to teach you how to listen for the subtle clues that can turn an ordinary coaching session into a breakthrough session. By digging into the language your clients use, you can drill down deeper into the meaning that they've assigned to certain events which keep them stuck where they are. You'll walk away with some very practical and simple ways to support them to challenge that meaning and to assign a new meaning, or no meaning at all, so they can break free of the cycle of defeat.
Brad Ward, PCC, TICC, TIRC brings 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience to his professional coaching practice. His style is all about inclusivity, support, and holistic growth.
