Coaching supervision is more than a professional requirement — it’s a transformative space for growth, renewal, and deeper awareness. In this interactive session, participants will explore how reflective practice can enrich both what they do as coaches and who they are in their professional presence.
Using Peter Hawkins’ Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision, attendees will be guided through a dynamic framework that illuminates the multiple layers influencing every coaching engagement — from the client’s story and the coach–client relationship to the wider organizational and systemic context.
Participants will work with a real client or current coaching situation, applying the model to gain fresh insights and practical takeaways they can immediately use in their coaching and supervision practices.
By the end of the session, participants will:
Understand the value of continuous reflection for ethical and sustainable coaching.
Learn how to apply the Seven-Eyed Model to deepen awareness and broaden perspective.
