Two days together, wherever you are in the world.

BOND is our 8th Winter Virtual, and the first half of the International Gay Coaches Summit. It's two days online with gay men who coach, guide and facilitate, built around connection and shared experience.

Shame thrives in isolation, and bonds grow when we're seen. So this isn't two days of sitting and listening. You'll be in conversation, in small groups and in community the whole way through. You'll learn from each other as much as from the sessions.

Over the two days you'll:

  • Connect with gay coaches from across the world, and leave with relationships that last beyond the weekend
  • Pick up fresh ideas for growing your coaching practice and reaching the clients you want to work with
  • Learn new tools and skills you can use with clients straight away
  • Look at how shame shows up in our work and our lives, and what helps us move past it
  • Map out your year, with clear actions to take away
  • Earn ICF CCEUs for accredited sessions

Format

Two days. One room. Everyone in it.

Two days online, with one session at a time so the whole community is together. Seven sessions across the two days, plus social time. Hours in Eastern Time to be announced.

Call for presenters

We're looking for seven sessions. One could be yours.

BOND is led by our community. You don't need a coaching qualification or ICF credential, just a session that fits the theme and comes to life on Zoom. Proposals close Monday 21 December 2026.
