This website is run by Gay Coaches Alliance for the International Gay Coaches Summit. If you have a question about this notice, get in touch.
If you join our mailing list, we keep the email address you give us so we can send you updates about BOND, OPEN and the Summit. If you propose a session, the details you enter in the proposal form are kept so the planning team can review it and contact you. If you email us, we keep your message so we can reply.
We use your information only to run the Summit: to send updates you've asked for, review session proposals, answer questions and manage registration. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone outside the planning team except the services we use to run the site, email and registration.
This site doesn't set tracking or advertising cookies. The services we use to host the site, deliver fonts and collect form submissions may set the technical cookies they need to work, and may log the usual connection data, such as your IP address and browser type.
You can leave our mailing list at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us. You can also ask us what information we hold about you and ask us to delete it.
If we change this notice, we'll update this page. Last updated November 2026.
